Every single one of our tours, from scuba diving to whale watching, is led by a Marine Biologist, certified Naturalist or PADI Divemasters and Instructors. We don’t just “show” you animals; we provide an educational experience focused on conservation and research. We are proud to be Cabo’s first “Responsible Whale Watching” certified company.

Nature is unpredictable, but we are experts at finding marine life!

  • Whale Watching: We offer Guaranteed Sightings (from December 15th to April 15th). If you don’t see whales during these dates, you can join a subsequent tour free of charge.
  • Snorkeling with Whale Shark, Mobulas & Wildlife Safaris: We use a network of spotters to maximize success, though sightings aren’t guaranteed due to the migratory nature of these species.
  • Note: Our 2 Hour Sunset Whale Watching Tour is a scenic experience and does not include this guarantee.

We operate custom-built 33-foot “Pangas”, the most versatile boats for Cabo:

  • Customized for Everyone: Our boats feature specialized heavy-duty ladders for divers and snorkelers, dedicated gear racks, a large shaded area, an onboard bathroom, cushioned seats and a wide bow for those seeking the best view.
  • Safety First: Every boat is equipped with GPS, VHF radio, life jackets for all sizes, and emergency oxygen/first aid kits, all managed by our expert local captains.
  • Optimal Viewing: The open-air, 360° design is perfect for photographers and nature lovers to capture every moment.

  • Guided Experience: All experiences are led by field experts, featuring either a Marine Biologist or Specialized Naturalist for observation tours (Whale Watching Tours, Arch Tour, Turtle Release, and Gray Whale Expeditions), or a Marine Biologist / PADI Certified Instructor or DiveMaster for in-water activities (Snorkeling with Mobulas, Summer Camp, Wildlife Safari, Espiritu Santo Expedition, Whale Shark Expedition, Local and Corridor Snorkeling and Scuba Diving Trips).
  • Gear: We provide high-quality snorkeling equipment for all in-water excursions (including Snorkeling with Mobulas, Summer Camp for kids, Wildlife Safari, Espiritu Santo Expedition, Whale Shark Expedition, Local and Corridor Snorkeling). Scuba Diving gear is charged for an additional price per person.
  • Food & Snacks: We provide light snacks (cookies and chips) during our standard tours (such as Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Turtle Release, Mobula Snorkeling and Wildlife Safari); however, for our longer, full-day adventures, some complete meals are included in addition to snacks (specifically for the Whale Shark expedition, Espiritu Santo Island expedition and the Gray Whale Tour). Whale Watching Tours do NOT include food and snacks.
  • Hydration: Bottled water is available on every tour. As part of our commitment to becoming a zero-plastic waste company, we encourage guests to bring reusable bottles to refill at our office (specifically for Whale Watching tours). For all other expeditions, we provide sodas, energy drinks, and juices; additionally, beer and soft drinks are included exclusively for our sunset experiences (Sunset Arch Tour and Sunset Whale Watching).
  • Education: Every tour begins with an introductory and safety briefing. During the rest of the tour our experienced guides will provide you valuable information about marine wildlife and ecosystems. We have visual identification catalogues on all excursions to help you recognize local wildlife and learn fascinating facts. Additionally, for specific experiences (such as Whale Watching), we offer QR codes linking to educational resources and citizen science projects that support conservation, including Happywhale and Sinergia Azul.
  • Transportation: For standard tours located within Cabo San Lucas, transportation is not included. However, for all our designated expeditions, we provide round-trip transportation from our office to the activity site. This includes the Turtle Release, Whale Shark Expedition, Gray Whale Expedition, Espiritu Santo Island Expedition, El Triunfo Family Expedition, and any other extended expedition. You can request additional private transportation service from your hotel or accommodation to our office (and back) with us. Contact us for more information.

All of our activities are family-friendly. However:

  • Pregnancy & Injuries: Our 33-foot boats have new high-speed engines which allows us to navigate fast in search for marine wildlife, where we can experience movement. We advise to take this in consideration for pregnant women or guests with back/neck injuries. For a specialized experience tailored to your needs and preferences, we recommend purchasing private tours. Contact us to suggest a tour in calm waters conditions according to the weather forecasts. 
  • Age Limits: Children and elderly people are welcome in all of our tours, but for Scuba Diving, Mobulas Snorkeling and Whale Shark Snorkeling, participants must be confident swimmers and comply with health requirements (according to the tour).

We aim to be fair to our guests and our staff too. We understand plans change and you need to move or cancel your reservation, so we always try to look for the option that suits you better. For standard tours, if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee.

  • Group Tours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure differ a 100% penalty (no refund).
  • Private Tours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure differ a 100% penalty (no refund).

If we have to cancel the trip due to weather or operational issues, you will receive a full 100% refund. Consider that policies change during High Season (from December to April). During our busiest season, we require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the tour incurs a 100% fee.

For longer Multi-Day expeditions, refunds depend on the time of the notification.

  • 4+ weeks before: 100% Refund.
  • 2–4 weeks before: 50% Refund.
  • Less than 2 weeks: No Refund.

Refund Policies for reservations made with promo codes or special discounts:

  • Promotions: Tours booked with discount codes or special pricing are non-refundable, but we can help you reschedule based on availability.
  • 3-Tour Whale Pass: These passes are non-refundable and valid for one person only. If you cannot make it, we can offer credit for a future season.

We do not offer refunds if you get seasick. We strongly recommend visiting a pharmacy or health store before your trip to take precautions so you can fully enjoy the adventure.

Our headquarters are in the Cabo San Lucas Marina, Store A20 at the Tesoro Hotel. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early for check-in, especially if you need to be fitted for wetsuits or diving gear for Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Tours. Detailed instructions and a Google Maps link will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Yes! Private Snorkeling, Whale Watching and Arch Tours can be booked as a private charter. This is the ultimate way to enjoy a personalized itinerary with your own Sailor and Captain. This is ideal for families, professional photographers, or groups looking for an Instagrammable experience.
